We specialize in producing high-quality custom packaging solutions for a wide range of industries. We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in CAD drawings or drafting to join our growing team in Martinsburg, PA. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the key liaison between our customers, sales team, and production department. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will assist in reviewing and updating technical drawings related to packaging specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and order processing
• Assist with CAD drawings and make design modifications as needed
• Communicate technical details between customers, sales, and production teams
• Ensure accurate and timely entry and management of customer orders
• Maintain organized records of design files, order status, and communication
• Support pricing, quoting, and order confirmations for custom packaging
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design specs are met
• Provide troubleshooting support and revise designs based on feedback Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in customer service (manufacturing or packaging preferred)
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or drafting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in design or drafting is a plus) Benefits
