This position requires strong typing skills and proficiency in computer systems to manage customer inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or promote services. Provide support in cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the call center system. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, particularly in a call center environment. Strong sales skills are a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus. Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and communication purposes. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
