Customer Service – Saturday/Sunday Shift Ramp Services Holdco 9091 Asheville Highway, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 This shift is 8:00AM-11:00PM , both Saturday and Sunday • This is a work from home position. You must have a quiet office to work in, to take calls. You will be required to travel to Boiling Springs for training. •

Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice of Ramp Services. This is a Saturday and Sunday inbound remote receptionist role. You will receive on average 3-10 calls per hour. Your performance will be based on your ability to handle calls promptly and correctly while offering 5-Star customer service. If you have a passion for helping others, a knack for problem-solving, and the drive to make every customer interaction a positive experience, you might be just the person we’re looking for! In this role, you’ll engage with our customers over the phone, resolve concerns with empathy, and help schedule services that ensure their needs are met.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer calls with a positive attitude, offering appointment windows and lead times. Document interactions accurately in our system to ensure clear communication and follow-up. Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues or escalate concerns when necessary. Meet performance targets by hitting daily, weekly, and monthly call goals. Support the team by assisting with administrative tasks and helping to achieve department and company goals. Participate in training programs to continually improve your skills and stay up-to-date with company standards. Stay professional —from your demeanor to your attire, you’ll represent Ramp with pride!

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is required! Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written. Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor , always ready to assist.
