Customer Service Agent Position Available In Knox, Tennessee

We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to support our insurance payment operations. In this role, you ll make inbound and outbound calls to insurance companies to process payments on behalf of customers, manage email correspondence, and handle accurate data entry. This position plays a key part in ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

salary:

$17 – $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
