Direct Hire – B2B Customer Service
Knoxville, TN Description RemX is seeking friendly Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle B2B customer questions, escalations, and walk clients through troubleshooting or setup processes. This is a
- Direct Hire
- role, for Customer Service and Technical Support focused individuals. For an immediate response please email an updated resume to andrea.knodt@remx.com Location-Knoxville, TN Pay Rate- $20/hour Hours-11am-8pm EST no exceptions
- This will be ON-SITE
- 3-4 weeks in classroom type setting.
After training remote with occasional hybrid day for fun events. Training hours most likely 10am to 7pm, TBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e., phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate situations or escalate to team lead or Manager and/or other internal resources necessary
- Knowledgeable in our products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
