Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Policy Maintenance:
Update and maintain clients’ insurance policies accurately, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Claims Assistance:
Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and ensuring swift resolution.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality and provide feedback for process enhancements.
Requirements Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service or insurance-related role preferred.
License:
An active P&C insurance license preferred.
