PM Job Summary:
Brighton Bank is looking for a full-time Client Specialist on-site located in Brighton, Tennessee. The Client Specialist should provide top-tier customer service by handling daily financial transactions for customers in a professional and efficient manner. This role involves processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions, while promoting the bank’s services. This role bridges front-line service with back-office operations ensuring clients receive efficient, accurate, financial services while following the banks policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control). Identify and escalate unusual or suspicious account activity in accordance with BSA/AML guidelines. Maintain proper documentation for customer transacations as part of the bank’s BSA Compliance protocols. Greet customers professionally and assist them with routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers and account inquiries. Accurately process cash and check transactions, ensuring compliance with security measures and bank policies. Balance the cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies to management. Provide information on bank products such as savings accounts and loans to meet customer needs. Address customer inquiries about account balances, service fees, and general banking questions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions. Stay updated on bank policies, services, and financial products. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (preferred). Prior experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computers and banking software systems. Ability to handle transactions accurately and securely. Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift cash bags or boxes weighing up to 5 pounds.
