Summary The Part-Time Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical maintenance and support for audio-visual (AV) and related systems installed by EIDIM Group Inc. This role is flexible and service-based, with work assigned on an as-needed basis up to five (5) times per week, and up to five (5) incidents annually for long-term service support. Technicians must be able to respond to service requests within four (4) hours, conduct repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and report their work for documentation purposes. Qualifications (Highly needed) High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics, AV systems, or related fields are a plus Minimum 2 year of experience in AV or general technical maintenance (field-based preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Preferably U.S.

Card Holder. (must be authorized to work in the U.S) Ability to respond on-call within a 4-hour notice window Willingness to travel to different job site locations as required Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical/maintenance setting Familiarity with AV equipment, cabling, connectors, and basic electronics Ability to follow walkthroughs, instructions, and SOPs precisely Professional communication and client service mindset Basic reporting and documentation skills (must submit a service report after each job) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Safety-conscious and detail-oriented Responsibilities Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for AV systems and equipment Respond to scheduled or urgent service calls within the required response time (4 hours) Participate in initial walkthroughs with the EIDIM team to understand installed systems Submit detailed service/maintenance reports documenting actions taken and equipment serviced Handle up to 5 service visits per week or per year depending on contract assignment Follow company safety procedures and jobsite protocols Communicate effectively with EIDIM supervisors and project managers Maintain tools and ensure reliable transportation to and from job sites Ensure data security and confidentiality of company/client equipment and information Coordinate with EIDIM programming team when applicable (no programming responsibilities required) Other details: HR will reach out for further information and quotation for the SOW provided. A background check and additional personal information may be required to obtain site access clearance.
