Our client is currently seeking an AV Support Specialist 6-12 MONTH
POSITION
Location- Tucker, GA (and surrounding area) Title- AV Support Specialist Rate is $30-45 depending on experience. (negotiable) The AV Support Specialist is responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting audiovisual (AV) systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation for meetings and events. This role requires technical expertise in integrating, testing, and maintaining AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, control systems, and digital signage. The AV Support Specialist supports daily operations, performs proactive system checks, provides user training, and ensures exceptional customer service for audiences ranging from employees to executives and the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include running and troubleshooting meetings, integrating AV components, maintaining proper wiring and cable management, and documenting technical processes. The role requires expertise in AV technologies from major manufacturers such as Crestron, Logitech, Cisco, Microsoft, Biamp, and Poly, as well as advanced troubleshooting and signal flow diagramming.
