The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for various events and installations. This role requires a strong understanding of audio-visual technology and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure seamless operations.

M-F – 1st shift Day to

Day:

Provide video conferencing and audio-visual support: Assist users with setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.

Manage on-site spares inventory:

Ensure that spare parts and equipment are available and properly maintained. Perform call setups and problem determination: Set up calls and diagnose issues such as defective microphones or control systems, and perform necessary updates or component swaps.

Maintain and operate facilities:

Oversee the maintenance, operations, and administration of video conferencing and audio-visual systems according to client standards.

Install hardware:

Set up small or portable videoconference and non-integrated audio-visual hardware as needed.

Provide training and support:

Train users on how to operate video conferencing and audio-visual systems and offer ongoing support. Skills 5 years+ of experience in video conferencing and audio-visual support Comprehensive knowledge of various conferencing standards and systems, including Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, 1 Beyond, BiAmp, and QSC DSPs. Skilled in maintaining and operating videoconferencing and audio-visual facilities, including installations and system administration Expertise in managing and deploying on-site spares inventory and performing call setups and problem determination. Proficient in providing training and support to users and coordinating activities with other facilities.

Compensation :

$80,000/ year Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
