Junior Designer / Production Artist Position Available In New York, New York

Full Job DescriptionOur higher education client is seeking a Junior Designer / Production Artist to help their team with upcoming projects. This assignment starts asap and will be hybrid onsite in Manhattan. The hours will 25-30 hours per week, for 6 weeks and the ideal schedule is Monday-Thursday for the work (2 days onsite, 2 days remote).You will need to have your own laptop.

Junior Designer / Production Artist Duties

• Help prepare files for a rebrand
• This will include wordmarks for every department and center across the entire university
• Help with a variety of design projects including but not limited to: flyers, banner ads and stationaryRequirements
• 1+ year experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with production work
• Experience preparing files for print
• Must be very detail oriented as it relates to the design projects In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
