The Production / Digital Designer is responsible for executing high-impact design across paid, lifecycle, and brand channels to drive growth and maintain brand consistency. This role leads creative development for Bonafide’s growth and paid ads, supports lifecycle marketing initiatives, and delivers fast, reliable design solutions across evergreen and ad hoc needs. The Production / Digital Designer reports to the Creative Director and is a critical partner to the broader creative team, ensuring sustained output and preventing workload bottlenecks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include : Content Creation & Editing Lead design for growth and paid media campaigns, delivering high-performing creative through strategic, iterative execution Support lifecycle marketing by developing and optimizing creative assets that align with evolving channel needs and retail brand updates Develop visually engaging marketing materials across social media, email, web, and print Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with Bonafide’s strategic goals Design System & Template Creation Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, Canva, Google, and Microsoft tools to support brand consistency and cross-functional efficiency Create and refine design templates for social, email, and presentations to streamline workflows and support high-volume production Asset Management & Production Artwork Manage Bonafide’s digital asset library, ensuring up-to-date, easy access to design resources across teams Produce print-ready and digital assets that meet platform and technical specifications for evergreen, ad hoc, and campaign-specific needs Brand Consistency & Collaboration Partner with stakeholders to deliver on-brand creative under tight timelines, supporting critical initiatives without creating bottlenecks Regularly audit and update marketing materials to reflect the latest brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across channels

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE ROLE

High-performing growth and paid assets are delivered consistently and on time, driving strong campaign results through iterative, data-informed creative. Lifecycle and retail channel creative is proactively supported and optimized, contributing to a seamless brand experience across all stages of the customer journey. Design systems and templates are actively maintained and expanded, improving workflow efficiency for the creative team and enabling consistent brand execution. Ad hoc and evergreen design needs across teams are addressed quickly and reliably, helping maintain momentum across initiatives without overloading other team members. Collaboration is seamless and cross-functional teams feel supported, with up-to-date assets, clear creative templates, and strong partnership from concept to delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have: 4+ years of experience working in design, preferably in a DTC/CPG startup environment Hands-on mentality with demonstrable experience working as a designer across brand channels High level of proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting project deadlines and maintaining a high level of work Strong knowledge of best practices across individual channels

Salary Range National Target Base Pay Range:

$62,000

• $102,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $69,000
• $113,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits. This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
