The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of aesthetics, a solid understanding of kitchen planning, and a natural ability to connect with clients. This role requires managing high-end kitchen design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, beauty, and client satisfaction at every step. Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget, translating their vision into thoughtful kitchen design solutions. Develop detailed layouts and 3D renderings using industry-standard design software to optimize functionality and space. Conduct product presentations and material demos, clearly articulating the benefits of design choices and finishes. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to manage timelines and ensure smooth project execution. Proactively recommend and upsell complementary products and services that enhance the overall project. Maintain accurate records of project specifications, client communications, and material inventory. Handle payments and sales transactions while delivering a high standard of customer service. Stay current with the latest kitchen design trends, innovations, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to client projects. Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in kitchen or interior design, ideally with a focus on high-end residential projects. Strong background in sales with the ability to confidently close deals and upsell. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms. Excellent multitasking and project management skills. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus. Experience in client account management is a plus. !
