We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to start with us on March 25th, 2024 for our Brandon location. Candidates must be within 1 hour commute from Brandon to qualify for this position . Work Hours & Pay Training 09:00am-05:30pm Monday

• Friday for 1 week virtual and 1 week On Site. Production Schedule
• Second shift 10am
• 9:30pm availability .

Training is paid Hourly rate will be $15.79 per hour / plus bonus

WORK FROM HOME JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels. Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectation. De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs. Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution. Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bilingual Customer Service Associate Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Friendly and optimistic! Excellent inter personal, verbal & written skills in both English and Spanish. Passionate about serving others and strong desire to take ownership to resolve customer issues Proven record of great attendance Able to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously Excellent problem solving skills & must have a “can do” attitude Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality or call center environment Multiple shifts available Monday through
