Role:

Seeking a dependable and bilingual Part-Time Translator to support our HR and Safety teams. This position plays a key role in assisting with interviews, facility tours, and safety orientations to ensure effective communication with our Spanish-speaking workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time Spanish-English translation during candidate interviews Assist with translating during facility tours and safety orientations Ensure clear communication of company policies, procedures, and safety protocols Support HR and Safety personnel with general communication needs

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required $ 17.0/hr HV23
