Responsibilities:

The focus of this position would be selling a variety of commercial and consumer products including agriculture tractors, supporting implements, construction equipment, equipment trailers and lawn equipment. Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, friendly personality and have the ability to generate goodwill outside the company and within. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude is a must. Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment offered for sale by the dealership. Familiar with machinery functions proper and safe operation. Independently manages the sales process for each sales opportunity. Conducts field demos and events. Maintains knowledge of financing options offered to assist customers with the purchase of products. Manages customer education and delivery of equipment sold. Maintains the company truck and trailer. Monitors competitive activity and products, reporting to management, accordingly. Maintains all customer information for sales management. Knows and follows a defined sales process. Respond to online leads and follow up. Monitors trends in consumer activity reporting to management accordingly. Maintains current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes. Attends ongoing training as required by Kingline Equipment.

Job Requirements:

At least three years of experience and knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment. Knowledge of social media and responding to online leads. Ability to use standard desktop applications. Ability to learn industry-specific computer programs and applications. Excellent customer relationship skills. Clean cut and professional appearance. Willing to work flexible hours. Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pull trailers safely. Must be able to sit and work on a computer. Must be able to bend, twist, lift, etc. in order to demonstrate various parts of the equipment as needed. Must be able to stand for periods of time at expos, demonstrations, etc Must be flexible regarding schedules and willing to work additional hours when the season demands it.
