The Tennessee Titans are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Producer to oversee and manage various broadcast, podcast, and media production tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining project blueprints, managing production schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Broadcast & Podcast Management:
Manage and organize tasks in project management system for broadcast and podcast production
TV Show Production:
Oversee show production, including rundowns, segment approvals, and content delivery
Manage graphics and telestrator content for broadcasts
Direct live and recorded shows, ensuring smooth execution within time constraints
Write scripts and oversee teleprompter operations
Coordinate editing, final approval, and distribution of content to broadcast partners
Participate in meetings with broadcast partners to align content and logistics
Press Conference & Game Day Operations:
Set up and manage press conference streams at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park (ASTSP) and Nissan Stadium
Operate cameras and manage live recordings for home and away games
Manage GoPro setup for In the Booth game coverage and edit final piece
Export footage to EditShare/Sony Ci for post-production
Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in media production, broadcasting, or a related field
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field preferred
Proficient in project management tools (Wrike, etc.)
Proficient with media production software (ShoFlo, Xpression, Sony Ci, EditShare, AJA KiPro, Comrex, and teleprompters)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience coordinating with multiple teams and external partners
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
