Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and award submissions tailored to client and project needs. Draft resumes, project descriptions, firm qualifications, and other boilerplate content with clarity and consistency. Lead the proposal development process by establishing timelines, coordinating inputs, facilitating reviews, and ensuring timely delivery. Source and organize proposal content, identify potential risks, and communicate proposal progress across stakeholders. Translate complex technical information into concise and compelling narratives that align with RFP/RFQ requirements and company branding. Write and edit executive summaries, approach narratives, and supporting documents to articulate strategy and value. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and layout using standardized templates and best practices in proposal writing. Continuously improve proposal content by updating templates, refining processes, and integrating feedback from reviews and debriefs. Manage marketing collateral, including digital files, graphics, and past project data. Support development of visually engaging presentations by integrating well-crafted text with design elements. Work under tight deadlines with agility, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of professional experience writing proposals in the A/E/C industry (RFQs, RFPs, LOIs, etc.). Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop tailored proposal content with minimal supervision. Experience managing the end-to-end proposal process and coordinating input from cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat). Strong graphic layout skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Strategic thinker with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and analytical problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities. Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet critical deadlines.
