Summary As an Implementation Specialist at Netlink Voice, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our innovative CloudPBX+ solution to clients across various sectors. This position is essential for ensuring that businesses are equipped with the most advanced communication technology available, enhancing their connectivity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage the implementation of communication solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize solutions to meet client needs. Conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies. Perform root cause analysis on implementation challenges and develop strategies for improvement. Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet and VersionOne to track progress and report on project status. Ensure organizational processes are followed throughout the implementation lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in program or project management within the telecommunications or technology sector. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
