Job Description
Pine Lake Preparatory, an A-rated North Carolina public charter school, is seeking an engaging, innovative, and native Spanish-speaking K-5 Spanish Teacher to join our dynamic Lower School team.
This is a unique opportunity to inspire young learners through language immersion while building foundational academic skills—all in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality instruction in Spanish to elementary-aged students.
Design lessons that are interactive, age-appropriate, and aligned with curriculum standards.
Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports language acquisition and student growth.
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families.
Uphold school expectations for behavior, learning, and community values.

What We’re Looking For:

Native Spanish speaker with strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university (required).
NC teaching license or ability to obtain one in Elementary Education.
Experience teaching K-5 preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States.
