The ideal candidate will have a love of children and of teaching; a strong background in language education; and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. This role involves teaching Spanish to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Requirements Teaching experience with a background in Spanish with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects. Montessori training is not necessary, but a willingness to understand and embody the cultural values that inform students’ experience is required. Strong writing skills for creating educational materials and reports; experience in copy editing is beneficial. Knowledge of special education practices is an advantage for accommodating diverse learners. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
