Our unique program blends the rich traditions of Mandarin language and culture with a strong foundation in early childhood education. We are currently seeking a passionate and collaborative English teacher to work alongside our experienced Mandarin teachers in a co-teaching model. Job Overview We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher who holds a valid New Jersey P-3 Certification. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, structure, and a strong understanding of child development, while working closely with a Mandarin-speaking co-teacher to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Teach foundational skills in literacy education, math, and social-emotional development. Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to accommodate diverse learning styles. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student growth and development. Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to parents regarding their child’s development. Maintain a well-organized classroom that promotes a safe and stimulating learning environment. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Experience Must have a valid New Jersey P-3 (Preschool through Grade 3) Certification Experience in preschool or kindergarten settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in classroom management and lesson planning are essential. Familiarity with literacy education strategies and math instruction for young learners is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
