Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 9:00

PM Job Description:

Lim Bances Academy is looking for a licensed and passionate Real Estate Instructor to teach the 75-hour Salesperson Course primarily in Spanish . This is an in-person evening position ideal for someone who enjoys teaching and is committed to helping students launch their real estate careers.

Responsibilities:

Teach the NJ 75-hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course in Spanish Follow the state-approved curriculum and ensure all topics are covered Engage students through clear explanations and real-world examples Take attendance and support students through the licensing process

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Real Estate Instructor License (required) Fluent in Spanish (required) Comfortable speaking in front of groups and using PowerPoint or similar tools

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
