About Pryor Baseball Farm:
Pryor Baseball Farm is a leading youth baseball development program focused on teaching every player every skill and every position. We create a fun, safe, and highly instructional environment where kids ages 5-12 develop a lifelong love for baseball.
Position Summary:
We are actively hiring Youth Baseball Coaches / Farm League Facilitators to help with our developmental baseball games. No coaching experience is required — just a positive attitude, reliability, and a basic ability to throw a baseball. We provide full training and all game-day instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Sunday youth baseball games and skill sessions. Throw batting practice and assist with drills and warm-ups. Monitor games, help run brackets, and keep games flowing. Set up and break down field equipment before and after sessions. Provide guidance, encouragement, and positive feedback to young players. Maintain a safe, organized, and fun environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
No previous coaching experience required — training provided. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Must enjoy working with kids ages 5-12. Ability to throw a baseball (basic skill level is fine). Reliable transportation to Land O’ Lakes Rec Complex. Must be available Sundays during scheduled game times.
