ASSISTANT VOLLEYBALL COACH 3.9 3.9
out of 5 stars 111 Kings Road, Madison, NJ 07940 We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to coach and lead youth volleyball. As an assistant volleyball coach, you’ll create a fun, safe, and supportive environment that builds skills, confidence, and sportsmanship—while staying true to the YMCA’s mission and values.
Schedule:
Wednesdays:
3:45 PM
- 6:15 PM Sundays (Practice): 10:45 AM
- 12:15 PM Sundays (Occasional Matches): 10:00 AM
- 1:30/2:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (Matches): 9:00 AM
- 12:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic and age-appropriate volleyball instruction Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for youth participants and families Take accurate attendance and submit time worked Ensure a clean and safe playing environment Respond to emergencies and follow all YMCA safety procedures
What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of volleyball and experience working with youth Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Age 18+ CPR/AED certification (or willingness to become certified)
