Volleyball Coach Renaissance Volleyball Club Cynwyd Estates, PA 19066 Join the Renaissance Volleyball Club Staff We are seeking passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coaches to lead our teams and foster a positive, competitive environment for athletes of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball, and will be committed to educating and developing players both on and off the court. This role involves working closely with athletes, promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Renaissance Volleyball Club is growing—and we’re searching for passionate, knowledgeable coaches to join our team across multiple levels of play: National Teams (Head & Assistant Coaches Needed) High-level competition & commitment Practice 2x/week (12U-14U), 3x/week (15U-18U) Travel required—includes both driving and flights to top national tournaments Season runs December of 2025 through end of June 2026 Regional Teams (Head & Assistant Coaches Needed) Competitive but manageable commitment Practice 2x/week Play in 8 tournaments, all within driving distance Season runs from December 2025 to May 15th 2026 Teams will compete for bid to USAV Nationals which would extend season to end June If team does not qualify season ends prior to May 15th Local Teams (Head & Assistant Coaches Needed) Ideal for newer coaches or those with limited availability Practice schedule varies Compete in 6 local play days (tournaments or match days vs other local/regional teams) Season runs from January of 2026 to End of April 2026 What to Expect as a

Coach:

Hourly W-2 wages (no 1099 forms!) Depending on experience and position $15 to $35 an hour Get paid for all hours you work Many opportunities to help with other teams, camps, clinics, combines and more Paid Monthly Travel reimbursement (mileage, hotel, meals, and more) Uniforms provided (REN Athletics gear) Supportive staff, clear expectations, and growth opportunities Duties Develop and implement training programs that enhance players’ skills in volleyball. Conduct regular practices focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning. Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance. Provide individualized feedback to players to help them improve their skills. Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and personal growth. Monitor the health and safety of all participants during practices and games. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff regarding player progress and team activities. Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate schedules for practices and games. Experience Previous experience in sports coaching is required; experience specifically in volleyball is preferred. Background working with students or youth in an educational or athletic setting is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the fundamentals of volleyball along with the ability to educate others effectively.
