Coaches will work directly with the Youth Technical Director to implement an age-specific, video-based curriculum focused on long-term development at all training sessions and matches. The Soccer Coach will create a positive and engaging environment that encourages personal growth and athletic development. Requirements USSF Youth Licenses for 7v7, 9v9, and/or 11v11 youth modules or international equivalents, as per State Guidelines. US work authorization. Ability to execute training programs. Commitment to long-term player development. An open mind and ability to contribute to ongoing, in-house development curriculum. Passion for the game of soccer and the development of youth players. Ability to work as part of a team. Must pass background check, complete abuse preventions training and remain compliant with governing body regulations. Organize and lead competitive matches, ensuring adherence to rules and fair play. Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their performance and confidence. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding schedules, expectations, and player progress. Experience Previous coaching experience in soccer or related sports is preferred. Experience working with students or youth in an educational or athletic setting is highly valued. A passion for sports and youth development is essential for success in this role.
