Administrator Are you passionate about senior care and community outreach? Sacred Heart Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and organized Admissions and Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our facility, promoting our services, engaging with prospective residents and families, and ensuring a seamless admissions process.
Marketing and Sales Experience Required:
minimum of one year experience Key Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach
- Promote Sacred Heart Senior Living through various marketing channels
- Attend outside marketing events, trade shows, and health fairs as scheduled
- Manage and coordinate multiple tasks and services effectively
- Order and oversee marketing/promotional materials within budget guidelines, with approval from the Administrator
- Provide the Administrator with daily reports on future admissions and discharges
- Review monthly admissions alongside the Director of Operations Inquiry & Tour Management
- Handle inquiry calls and follow-up communications
- Conduct facility tours, introducing potential residents and families; coordinate with the Administrator and other team members
- Document inquiries and follow-ups accurately, maintaining organized records Admissions & Resident Relations
- Coordinate the admissions process with the Director of Wellness and Administrator
- Greet residents and families on admission day, complete all paperwork per regulations
- Conduct resident screens and re-screens as needed
- Call and assess satisfaction through post-admission surveys and address immediate concerns with the Administrator
- Serve as a liaison for independent residents, managing lease processes and billing with the Financial Officer Operational & Compliance Support
- Participate in daily building walk-thrus, reporting findings and urgent issues
- Assist with preparing for annual state inspections
- Support resident care initiatives as needed
- Maintain current CPR/First Aid certifications and ensure ongoing education (minimum 6 hours/year) On-Call Responsibilities – Available nights and weekends
- Assist during emergencies, ensuring compliance with all PCH regulations Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or related marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to schedule changes
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (must be current)
- Willingness to complete ongoing education in accordance with PCH regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Schedule & Hours
- Flexible, 40+ hours per week
- Evenings and weekends required for tours and on-call duties Starting rate : $21.
