• $60 /hr Posted June 18, 2025 Our large insurance services client is looking for a REMOTE, freelance LMS Administrator who specializes in Cornerstone On Demand to start early or mid-August through May 2026.

Hours per week will vary per week / month, depending on the number of tracks that need to be developed. The LMS Administrator will create several tracks or learning paths each month (except in September

• schedule will be provided up front; each track is estimated to be about 15
• 20 hours of build work depending on complexity and testing), consist of 2
• 6 courses and will be an eLearning or instructor-led training event plus an exam. Each track will be built in both a pilot and production phase with the following steps: Configuration, pilot build, pilot test, production build, production test, launch. LMS Administrator Responsibilities
• Add provided assessment questions into Cornerstone question bank
• Create pre-assessment and End of Course exams
• Build curricula for courses and capstones
• Create learning assignments
• Configure Credential Credly API to issue digital badges and credentials
• Run pilot testing with multiple user logins to test each scenario; troubleshoot and fix issues, re-run testing, document correct system configuration
• Do above steps in Production phase and, at end, share with client deep link of each track

• Note:

  Client will own all other steps in between (will be shared during interview) LMS Administrator Requirements
