In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective educational programs and materials that enhance learning experiences. You will utilize your expertise in instructional design methodologies and visual design to create content that meets the needs of diverse learners. Your ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders will be essential in delivering high-quality training solutions. Duties Design and develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model to ensure effective learning outcomes. Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various learning formats, including e-learning modules, classroom training, and multimedia presentations. Create visually appealing instructional materials that enhance learner engagement and retention. Present instructional content effectively to diverse audiences, adapting your approach based on learner needs. Edit and produce video content to support instructional initiatives, ensuring high-quality production standards. Manage projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery of educational programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights necessary for course development. Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials through assessments and feedback, making necessary revisions. Skills Proficiency in instructional design principles, particularly the ADDIE model. Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging educational content. Experience in classroom instruction or training delivery is a plus. Expertise in visual design principles to create compelling learning materials. Familiarity with video editing software for producing instructional videos. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development tools. Ability to educate others effectively, adapting communication styles as needed for different audiences.
