Indoor Cycling / Spin Instructor 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 380 Main Street, Winsted, CT 06098 Winsted YMCA has an opening for an experienced fitness person who is enthusiastic, energetic, has a friendly disposition and a passion for health & wellness. Instructor needed for Indoor Group cycling/spin classes.
Responsibilities:
Motivate members and provide a safe and properly instructed environment. Be a team player with the ability to create a positive, high-energy studio environment. Discuss and evaluate the fitness goals of members. Connect music and training cues to support a rhythmic cadence and delivery.
Requirements:
Certification or Experience leading a group fitness/cycling workout. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Current CPR certification. Willing and able to work evenings or weekends. This position is
