Job Description
Buildings and Grounds Worker Regents School of Oxford Oxford, MS 38655 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled buildings and grounds technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing indoor/ outdoor spaces through various maintenance and janitorial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
Reflect the purpose of the school and its mission, which is to honor Christ in every class and in every activity. Cooperate with the Board and administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school as outlined in the Staff Handbook. Maintain cleanliness and order within all physical plant buildings Wax and clean floors during summer Coordinate with principals on specific physical plant needs in each building Responsible for overall maintenance of the school and re-ordering school after each day Coordinate with head of school on summer needs projects and large physical plant projects of the school Help teachers with basic maintenance concerns including electrical, plumbing, damage to school, etc. Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature.
