CERTIFICATION:
Valid Pennsylvania Principal Certification
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree
REQUIREMENTS
A Successful Candidate Should:
Provide leadership, planning and direction in advancing the Middle Schools’s strategic goals.
Possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Have thorough knowledge of Middle School students.
Have extensive knowledge of the teacher observation/evaluation process.
Be able to demonstrate expertise in areas such as curriculum, budget, special education, scheduling, building management and problem solving.
Have knowledge of the scheduling and grade reporting processes.
Be able to serve with parent, faculty, and student groups to advance educational and related activities and objectives.
Possess well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills.
SALARY:
Negotiable in accordance with the Act 93 Agreement
