The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful educational experiences, and support their academic and social development. This role requires a commitment to nurturing young minds and promoting a love for learning. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Utilize effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding in subjects such as Math and literacy. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a strong school community. Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior, ensuring timely communication with parents regarding progress. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds. Proficiency in proofreading lesson materials and student assignments to ensure clarity and accuracy. Familiarity with lesson planning techniques that promote critical thinking and engagement among students. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on the individual needs of students, ensuring all learners can succeed.
