Role:
As our
ESOL / ELL
Teacher , you will play a vital role in supporting multilingual learners with diverse cultural backgrounds. You’ll provide targeted instruction in English language development while helping students succeed across all academic subjects. The ideal candidate is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming classroom environment and adapting instruction to meet the individual needs of each learner.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging
ESOL / ELL
lesson plans tailored to students’ language proficiency levels Provide instruction in academic, social, and language skills in both pull-out and push-in classroom models Regularly assess and monitor student progress in English language acquisition Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and language development Maintain accurate student records, including grades, attendance, and ELL reporting requirements Collaborate with general education teachers to support ELL students in all subject areas
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required) Master’s degree in ESOL, TESOL, or a related field (preferred) Valid teaching license with
ESOL / ELL
certification or endorsement Demonstrated experience working with English Language Learners Strong classroom management and cultural competency skills Must pass a criminal background check Why Join Us?
