Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to oversee our tech and robotics classes. This role involves coordinating instructors, ensuring timely class execution, maintaining program quality, and serving as the primary liaison between schools, parents, and our organization.​

Key Responsibilities:

Program Oversight:

Manage the day-to-day operations of tech and robotics classes across multiple school locations.​

Instructor Coordination:

Ensure instructors have the necessary resources, support, and arrive on time for classes.​

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and maintain the quality of instruction and curriculum delivery.​

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for schools and parents, handling communications via email and other channels.​

Logistics Management:

Coordinate class schedules, materials, and any other logistical needs.​

Curriculum Management Qualifications:

Experience in educational program management or coordination.​ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.​ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.​ Proficiency in email communication and basic office software.​ Background in tech or robotics education.​ Passion for technology and education.​

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with schools or educational institutions.​
