Job Title:
Director of Admissions & Student Services Technology Learning Center, a licensed and accredited postsecondary trade school, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Admissions to lead our student recruitment efforts and grow enrollment. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in admissions, community engagement, and strategic outreach—especially someone who can build relationships with high schools, career centers, and trade contractors to expand TLC’s footprint & drive new student enrollment through proactive networking, relationship-building, and community engagement while overseeing a smooth admissions process..
Responsibilities:
Enrollment Growth & Outreach :
- Develop and execute creative student recruitment strategies.
- Actively network and build strong relationships with: a. Local high schools and career centers b. Guidance counselors and vocational programs c. Trade contractors and industry associations
- Represent TLC at career fairs, community events, and partnership meetings.
- Support and strengthen existing marketing campaigns to improve visibility and lead generation.
Admissions Strategy & Operations:
Implement and manage a comprehensive admissions plan aligned with school goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Maintain and utilize CRM and Marketing Automation Software (MAS) tools to optimize lead tracking and conversions. Oversee the application and enrollment process to ensure a professional and compliant experience. Use data and analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies. Ensure adherence to accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Team & Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams including financial aid, academics, and marketing to support students throughout the enrollment journey. Provide leadership, training, and goal-setting to admissions staff. Ensures that admissions processes adhere to accreditation standards and other compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in admissions or sales, ideally in a postsecondary or trade school setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish community and industry relationships. Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based role. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Experience with financial aid processing is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required.
