Treetop ABA Therapy is looking for two motivated and compassionate Intake Coordinators to be the welcoming voice for families seeking life-changing autism therapy services. In this vital role, you’ll guide families through the onboarding process with empathy, clarity, and care-ensuring a smooth and supportive start to their journey with us.

Shifts Available:

Shift 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET + any three weekdays of your choice (flexible scheduling available)

Note:

One of these roles requires fluency in Spanish to support our bilingual families.

What You’ll Do:

Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective families Guide families through intake forms, documentation, and consent processes Clearly explain our services and next steps with professionalism and compassion Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality Track performance metrics and work toward intake goals for incentive opportunities Who Thrives in

Requirements:

1+ years in sales, outreach, intake, or client-facing roles Comfortable making 75-100+ calls per day Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/EHR systems High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Healthcare or ABA industry experience a plus Spanish fluency required for one position Why Join Treetop ABA Therapy?
