Algebra Teacher Mater Academy Palms 401 South Poinciana Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34746 Algebra Teacher Are you the missing piece to our middle team? We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Middle School Math/Algebra Teacher to join our Panther family. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking. Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and student understanding. Mentor students by providing guidance on academic and personal development. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Experience Bachelor’s degree A degree in Education or a related field is preferred Valid teaching FLDOE certificate Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
