All candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree in education or a mathematics-related field. Job Summary:

The High School Math Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction in mathematics to students in grades 9-12. This role includes teaching a range of math courses—such as Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and potentially AP or dual-enrollment classes—depending on the teacher’s qualifications and the school’s needs. The teacher fosters a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessing student progress, providing targeted support, integrating technology, and collaborating with colleagues and families to support student achievement and growth.
