English & Math (Grades Pre-K to 8) About Us Best Brains is an after-school enrichment program designed to enhance children’s academic potential in a fun, engaging, and interactive way. Our certified teachers use a structured curriculum to help students develop critical thinking skills and build confidence across core subjects. Best Brains Fort Mill, Peach Tree is looking for enthusiastic part-time teachers. Teachers must be state-certified or have a teaching certificate to apply. Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and certified English and Math teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has classroom teaching experience, strong subject matter expertise, and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners in a small-group setting. Responsibilities Deliver weekly in-person instruction to students in small groups (typically 1:5 ratio) Use the Best Brains curriculum and guidelines to teach English and Math concepts Track student progress and provide feedback to the center director and parents as needed Create a positive, respectful, and encouraging learning environment Maintain accurate student records and adhere to program schedules Communicate regularly with staff and management regarding student needs and classroom updates Should be able to take both English and Math classes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field Certified teacher (State certification preferred) Prior teaching or tutoring experience (K-8 preferred) Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills Ability to teach both English and Math concepts clearly and confidently Must be available on evenings and/or weekends based on center hours Able to multitask and work with up to 5 students at a time Available Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings

Primary Duties :

Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students Teaching/ providing instruction to the students Assess student progress and provide timely written feedback on assignments Meeting with parents and discussing their child’s progress from time to time Minimal grading There is no need to develop lesson plans. A comprehensive curriculum and teaching materials will be provided. We offer consistent hours and competitive pay.
