3rd Teacher Life Shifting Learning Academy 8190 Pensacola Boulevard, Pensacola, FL 32534 Monday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Friday 7:00AM-1:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves engaging with students, implementing curriculum, and supporting their academic and personal growth. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students in a private school setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy education. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Facilitate library services and integrate resources into the learning process. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to enhance the educational experience. Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within private schools. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively. Knowledge of literacy education strategies and childhood development principles. Proficiency in proofreading educational materials for clarity and accuracy. Familiarity with education administration processes is advantageous. A commitment to creating an enriching learning environment that supports all students’ needs.
