The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various mathematical disciplines, including Algebra I, and will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach mathematical concepts including 6th Math, Pre-Alebra, and Algebra I. Provide individualized support to students, including mentoring and tutoring as needed. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and standardized testing. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with parents and guardians. Experience A Bachelor degree or higher, teaching certificate is preferred. Experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level is highly desirable.
