After School Staff Holy Trinity Weekday Schools 927 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086 Job Overview We are seeking ONE enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team! This role is essential in providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development through various educational and recreational activities. Duties Assist with educational programs and activities tailored to the needs of students. Engage with students in daily activities inside and outside. Supervise students during recreational activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development. Maintain a clean and organized program space conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding student progress and behavior. Qualifications Experience working with children in various settings such as camps, schools, or babysitting is preferred. Background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for education, sports, and child development is essential.
