Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for supervising children, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties:
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
  • Supervise and monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Encourage social interaction and promote positive behavior
  • Assess children’s progress and communicate with parents/guardians
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
