The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of toddlers. You will work collaboratively with a cohesive teaching team to implement a curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration. Duties � Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans. � Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. � Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child. � Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. � Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. � Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Requirements � Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or a related experience. � Previous experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting. � Strong understanding of child development principles. � Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. � CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
