Candidates ideally should have the following: Previous experience teaching in a commercial child care center Experience with 3 Year Olds 45 hour, current In-Service, current First Aid/CPR Full Time availability (8 hr shift, Monday – Friday, or four 10 hr shifts) Pay & Benefits Our pay structure for all Full Time staff with completed 45 Hours, and valid CPR/First Aid is $16 per hour minimum. If you have some experience in a childcare but haven’t completed your DCF Training, minimum pay is $14 per hour, automatically increased to $15 once training is completed and CPR/FA is current. Experienced applicants with a CDA, or an Associate’s degree in Child Development or Early Education start at up to $18 per hour. (Applicants with no experience start at $14 per hour, increased to $15 upon completion of DCF training and CPR/First Aid certification.) $15-$20 to start and annual increases thereafter 75% tuition discount for your preschooler Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week Immediate Paid Holidays Paid through lunch and nap time Low cost Blue Cross/Blue Shield Group Health Low cost Dental/Vision/Life 80 Hours Paid Time Off 401k retirement plan with company match transportation, and be available between the hours of 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM M-F for 40 Hours per week.
