Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Foster a love for learning through engaging activities in subjects such as Math, literacy, and the arts. Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes respect and inclusivity among students. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including early intervention techniques. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool or private school settings. Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is preferred but not required. Excellent lesson planning skills that cater to various learning styles and abilities. Ability to educate and engage young children effectively while fostering their curiosity.
