Preschool Teacher Golden Glow Daycare Westminster, MA 01473 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children, focusing on their developmental needs and fostering a love for learning. This position requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods, and the ability to engage with toddlers and preschool-aged children effectively. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students. Provide high-quality care and supervision for toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations to tailor instruction to individual needs. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and educational goals. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Create a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space conducive to learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends. Requirements Experience in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, child welfare, and childcare practices. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children are essential qualities.
