If you love working with kiddos and watching them learn and grow each day this might be the perfect job for you. Most of our teachers have been here for years and are looking for someone to make this their home not just their job. Teachers work 4 ten-hour shifts with one day off a week. Must be reliable and have great communication skills, with co-teacher, parents and management. Our center runs on having consistency in the classrooms and that comes from teachers coming in each week for their set schedules. Staff become friends inside of work and out. We try to get together at least once outside of work for fun outside the center.
